Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide. For orders going outside the United States, international shipping fees will apply and are calculated at checkout, or quoted separately for oversized pieces. Please note that any import duties, VAT, and customs fees are assessed by your country and are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates, and any customs-related delays are outside our control.
- Fine Art Prints: made‑to‑order; please allow 4–10 weeks for production plus carrier transit. Some large/oversize works ship palletized (LTL); the carrier may schedule an appointment and provide curbside service.
- Retail Products (Non‑Custom Goods): in‑stock items (e.g., books, apparel, accessories) typically ship within 1–3 business days, plus transit time.
- Digital Downloads (e.g., digital books, gift cards): delivered electronically after purchase (delivery email may take a few minutes).
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may extend during peak seasons, for complex specifications, or due to events outside our control.

Insurance
Yes. Limited Edition, Artist Proof, and Studio Proof shipments are covered by transit insurance. For very large or high-value pieces, carriers may require additional review to confirm full replacement coverage. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately so we can open a claim and assist with the carrier. Please keep all packaging and photograph any damage. Coverage ends once the order is delivered in good condition.
Inspect packages at delivery. For freight/LTL deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. For concealed damage, notify us within 7 days of delivery and retain all original packaging.
- Keep all packaging (outer box/crate and internal materials).
- Photograph the outer box, inner packing, the artwork, and the shipping label/receipt.
- Notify the carrier promptly and obtain a claim/incident number.
- Contact us within 7 days with photos, your order number, and (if available) the carrier claim number.
RMA required: a Return Merchandise Authorization is required for any return related to transit damage. If we verify transit damage (and any required carrier inspection is complete), we’ll arrange return logistics and repair or replace the item at no charge.
Care and Handling
Every wall-ready piece ships with step-by-step hanging instructions and standard hardware. Some installations - like masonry, extra-heavy pieces, or specialty walls - may require special anchors or picture hangers that are not included. If you’d like assistance, we can often recommend installers in your area. Whenever possible, hire an experienced professional and confirm they’re properly insured for property damage and personal injury.
Use great care when cleaning. Gently wipe with a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth. Apply only light pressure, rinse the cloth with clean water as needed, and dry by blotting - never rubbing. Avoid dry or gritty cloths, which can scratch the surface and create static. Do not use window-cleaning sprays, abrasive compounds, or solvents such as acetone, gasoline, or lacquer thinner, as these may cause permanent damage.
Following are the manufacturer's instructions for TruLife® Acrylic cleaning:
- Spot-clean with a dry lint-free or micro-fiber cloth by wiping in a soft, circular motion.
- A solution of 1 drop of fragrance-free, dye-free mild dish detergent to 32 oz. of distilled water may be used if dry cleaning is not effective.
- Do NOT use dry or gritty cloths, they may cause surface scratches and create a static electric charge on the non-coated surface.
- Do NOT use glass cleaning sprays, kitchen scouring compounds or solvents such as acetone, gasoline, or lacquer to clean acrylic.
- Do NOT use an acrylic cleaner or polishing agent. Do NOT try to hand polish or buff scratches in this product as it may cause damage to the coating.
Our wood frames have a protective wax finish and typically need only occasional dusting. Use a soft, dry cloth to lift spots or debris, and avoid liquid or chemical cleaners, which can deteriorate the finish over time. For black cube and stainless steel frames, use a high-quality microfiber cloth with light pressure; if needed, lightly dampen the cloth with clean water (the cloth only), then finish by blotting dry. To clear dust from the liner, use compressed/canned air and keep the can upright to ensure no moisture is expelled during cleaning.

Yes. With every fine art print you’ll receive a hand-signed, individually numbered Certificate of Authenticity (COA), shipped separately from the artwork for security. The COA documents the work’s title, edition number and size, print process and materials, dimensions, and date of issue - serving as your proof of authenticity and establishing provenance for insurance, appraisal, and potential resale. Please store the certificate with your purchase records; it helps safeguard the integrity and long-term value of your investment.
All our Limited Editions (Limited Edition, Artist Proof, and Studio Proof) are strictly capped and will not be reprinted or reissued in that edition, size, or format once sold. We maintain a secure Edition Tracking Ledger that records each numbered piece at the time of purchase and updates provenance if a work changes hands. This end-to-end tracking protects scarcity, verifies authenticity, and preserves the long-term value of the edition. If you sell or gift your piece, let us know so we can update the record for the new collector.
Finishes
Sometimes. If you don’t see a size that fits your space we can often accommodate a custom dimension, subject to the image’s native aspect ratio, edition constraints, and archival standards. Some pieces (especially Limited Editions) cannot be resized. If a custom size is feasible, we’ll provide options, pricing, and timelines; custom orders may carry a premium and additional lead time. Share your wall dimensions and the artwork you’re considering, and we’ll advise the best path. You can contact us through our contact page.
Yes. If the standard frame options on our website aren’t the right fit, we’ll collaborate with you to source a custom frame that complements the artwork and meets archival standards. Custom solutions may require additional handling and coordination, so lead times can be longer. Pricing is quoted upon request once we confirm materials, dimensions, and any specialty details. Please share your preferred aesthetic, space measurements, and budget, and we’ll propose tailored options. You can contact us through our contact page.
Yes. While we offer museum-quality framing options for each image on our website, you're welcome to frame locally. Important for acrylic face-mounted prints: because they require specialized handling, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage (e.g., scratches, pressure marks, dust intrusion, or delamination) that occurs during third-party framing. If you choose to frame locally, please work with an experienced framer familiar with acrylic face-mounts and archival practices; otherwise, select our in-house framing for the safest, fully supported option.
Warranty
